We require help in regards to additions made to properties in a sectional title complex. most properties have had some sort of an additions made to the property where is is adding a roof, or building closed a braai area. These addition where done without approval or plans submitted to the municipality however it is not even know when these additions where made as many of the properties where bought with the addition in place already.

I would like to know IF the following is possible, given structural engineering/guidelines etc (load bearing walls) 1. There is a wall separating a bedroom and a very small guest toilet. The same wall also leads to a very cramped closet space. I would like to open up the wall, to create a larger and more modern full bathroom that is IN-Room or En-suite. 2.
