There has been architecture work stage 1 and 2 fully completed and stage 3 partially completed. I am looking for an architect that can complete stage 3 and stage 4 for me. I would like to get a quote for a house plan to be drawn, it has to be a 3 bedroom, master bedroom with an en-suite, an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room one bathroom sliding door in the master bedroom backside. We want to add a small bedroom and bathroom (shower, toilet and sink only) to the side of our house. The wall that will be shared between the extension and the old building will need a door. New bedroom will need a std window and sliding door. Small window for bathroom. One electric plug point in the bedroom. Bedroom size 6m X 2.5m. Bathroom size 2m X 2.5m. The roof will just need to be extended further to cover the new extension. 1 light fixture for each room. Where the new extension needs to be built there is currently a garden slope that needs to be cut away and a 15m retaining wall built. Can you please estimate the costs involved from plans, submission, materials, electrics, plumbing, plastering, etc. No painting or BIC cupboards required.

We want to build a house that is a double story due to space confinement. We would like to possibly have 3 bedrooms with one being a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom (maybe that could be the top bedroom because that will give more space for all of this).
