Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
3 Bed house in Protea Glen Soweto. 2 Beds and lounge to be renovated upstairs, Main bed remains downstairs with en-suite and walk in closet. Downstairs living room to outlook addition of pool and built in braai. Modern glass wall look. Existing car garage to remain.
