I need a house for rural area in Moruleng near Sun City in Rustenburg. There are no municipal approvals. The house required is a double story . Ground floor should have 4 garages, open on both sides with double doors. Then inside there will be a bed room and the remaining would be an open plan with a kitchen, stairs, and guest toilet. The 1st floor will be 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 1 of the bedrooms will be the master bedroom with en-suite bath room. We want to start building as soon as Lock down is over.
