Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
We are looking to design our new office building. We are a tech business and wanted something trendy but practical to build. This will be a Ground + 2 building totalling approximately 1, Sq meters of office space. We have a single story building on the premises but will likely demolish this building as it's old and we are not sure of its structual integrity.
Apartment consists of five rooms. 4×5sq meter each and they make an L i.e. 2 and 3.
I want 8 flats in total, 4 down stairs and 4 up stairs.
