Level floor then do laminating there two bathrooms that needs remodeling. Want to also remove all of the tiling from the bathroom. Not sure if we want to tile/laminate the passage way.
We had garage extended to add a room. Parapet wall with IBR galv, flashing. Slight L shape area. Previous waterproofer did not manage to keep out the water over winter. Would need to look at Roof on top, parapet walls. Will need to assess inside room also.

The roof is very old and leaking. We would like overall maintenance done, leak repair (replacing sheets if needed) and painting.
