The whole home needs rewiring as it was vandalised the pipes where the wires runs through are still mostly intact. It is a 4 bedroom house, with a living-, TV-, and Dining room, a scullery with a Kitchen. It also has a lapa with a swimming pool and Jucuzzi. The light switches, plug casing and light casing does not to be included in the quotes as we will buy it our self due to the fact that it needs to match the decor, the electrician just needs to install them.

We will supply the network cable, please provide the trunking. Each room is 4.5m, so a total of 18m, bring 20 to be safe we will pay for unused excess. 3.
