I am starting two companies next year, therefore I need two different websites. I will be starting a diving company where I train others to dive and receive their qualifications as I will be a qualified scuba diving instructor. The other business I will be starting are swimming lessons for children. I will be a qualified swim instructor as well. Hi, I would like to build a semi detached two storey nutec house on a m² erf. House = 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 en-suite), open plan kitchen and lounge, garage. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite and 1 family bathroom) upstairs and then the open plan kitchen and lounge with 1 guest toilet downstairs. id like to rebuild my old lapa as a project for next year. I have a pool table which id like to put in there as well as a bar counter. the inside will be open plan and id like foldable doors for the entrance, i was thinking an L shape design as it is in the back of my garden by a wall. if you could please let me know it would be appreciated.
We want to extend an existing 3 phase connection with about 15 meters (and drill through 3 walls). We need to connect 3 normal ovens and stove top units (probably about 8kw) + 1 deck oven ( like this: https://www.absolutecateringequipment.co.za/product/single-deck-oven/) to this three-phase connection (in a separate circuit box). If we can add a meter to measure what is being used in this three-phase extension (in that circuit box), this would be good. We also need to know if this extension might require a higher amps circuit breaker on the existing connection.

I want to build a double story house on a m square yard. i want a five bedroom house with the main bedroom on top and a balcony. Double garage kitchen with more space, sitting room dinning room, two toilets on the floor plan and three bedrooms. On the ground floor I will need all the mentioned things and on the upper floor there should be my main bedroom, very spacious with the en suite, shower and a bath.
I would like to extend from single to double story. The plan must be approved firstly by the Home Owners association and then by the Tshwane Municipality and then by the bank (FNB).
