I have recently bought a house that needs a face lift. It is currently a 3 bedroom place but looking into turning it into en-suite bachelor flats with kitchenettes. This renovation will involve putting up a 2 dividing dry walls and construction of 2 bathrooms and 3 kitchenettes. I prefer email communication.

Hi we are hoping to get a new painting,white specifically with white tiling, our kitchen is small and outdated so just want to get rid of everything in there. From there just wow us with the rest of the work. We need a new look in the house. The area that needs to be painted is about x looking at the plan , that is 3 rooms, 3mx3rooms.
We have just moved into a home in the country, it is a beautiful home and I would love to know how to decorate it properly. Good Day - I am looking to do some internal changes in the house. I would like to open up the inside walls between the family room, dining room and kitchen. We need to understand which walls can be removed and which can't. From the plans we are not able to identify - therefore I am requesting quotes to see what new plans (if needed) would cost and how best to tackle this project. Thanks
I need someone who can help me choose suitable wall decorations, lighting and furniture colours that complement one another. I want the consultant to consider what is available in the house and help me choose colours of what is missing, as well as help by suggesting wall decor. It would be ideal if the consultant is able to simulate and provide a picture of what the house would look like at the end of the project.
We built our own house about 5 years ago but never finished the entrance/upstairs living area in terms of design and finishes. It has basically remained an open unfinished space since we moved in. We are now at the point whereby we would like to make use of the area but due to shape/size we are at a bit of a loss at how best to utilize the space. Hence the reason I am contacting you. Ideally I would like somebody to come in and construct some suggestions for review before proceeding to complete finish of project ranging from painting and wallpapering to installation of furnishings such as rugs, sofas, plants etc.
