I am the broker for a property in Escombe. The was a leakage in a unit and the water leaked to the unit below and we now need carpet cleaning for said unit that had the water damage. The carpet is said to not have suffered any damage so now we just need a good a proper clean. Please send me a quick email so that we can liaise. I am not too sure about the size of the carpet, we would need someone who is able to go and visit the unit.
A lot of loose items in one bedroom (we buy and sell items on regular basis). Home has last been deep cleaned more than 5 years ago. We do not have time to deep clean ourselves (Floors are cleaned twice a week and walls/ cupboards once a month) Photos of spareroom, dining/kitchen area and lounge attached.
There are three different structures on the same property - the main house, a garage and a flat. Off the top of y head, I would guess the total square meters to be over sqm. The main house is a mixture of tile and asbestos and the garage and flat are other compounds, not too sure what. I need someone to come through to the house and advise on the condition of the roof, how long it'll last still and I also need a quote on what a new roof installation would cost.
I need the cleaning for the 1st of December. We bought a new home. It has 2 bathrooms, and two toilets. Four bedrooms, lounge, open plan kitchen and dining room. There are no carpets or upholstery. There are currently people living there, they are very neat but they have dogs coming in and out of the house and as Muslims we need the house to be properly cleaned before moving our things into the home as it is against our religion to have dogs in the home. Electricity needs to be pulled from main house to outbuildings. Then interior will need cementing in bathroom and main room(bachelor unit no walls besides bathroom). Roofing is in place, it's corrugated. Will need ceiling.
