Guest Bathroom: 1. Toilet seat detached from it's brackets. Brackets dislocated 2. Toilet Flush not working (keeps on going, need to manually intervene inside the bowl) Main Bathroom 1. Toilet flush not working: water does not seem to fill. 2. Bath plug stuck, and plug not sealing 3. Basin's outlet slow, maybe blocked?
I would like installation of bathtub, basin, shower and toilet in a nine square meter bathroom. This bathroom is located next to an existing bathroom which should allow for easier piping connection to the sewage system. The water source is a borehole which is also within close vicinity to the bathroom. I would also need tiling service, I bought the porcelain tiles. Including the wall and floor, the surface area is 40.2 square meters. Please note bathtub needs a stand built as its not a freestanding one.
I will move into an apartment and the small front garden has a tap but not the back garden. So I will need a tap to be installed outside. I will also need someone to do a splitter in the kitchen as there is just one tap and I have a washing maching and dishwasher that needs to be connected. It will only be in April. Good day. We are moving out of a shop and we need to hand back the premises as a "white box". Walls and doors needs to be repaired and painted white. It's +- 90m2 room and I'm guessing the ceiling is about 2.4m to 2.7m high. One side(entry side) of the room is basically windows and doors only which does not have to be painted except for the little bit of exposed wall. We need this done end of April, Ideally between 28 and 30 April.
1) We had a geyser replaced a in our roof few years ago. With a recent conversion to a solar geyser the company that did the work pointed out the the replacement geyser had not been placed on a proper support platform. One side of the geyser is resting on a wooden support, while the other side is on the drip tray. We need a proper support platform for the geyser (as per insurance plumbers that replaced an outside room geyser the main house geyser will need to be drained and then proper support platform installed. 2) The air vent form our second toilet inside is releasing a really bad smell (possible seal has gone). The external outlet pipe for the same toilet is also leaking at the join. Temporarily sealed with prattley putty. 3) Plumbing in sealing rattling when cold water tap turned on and what seems to be excessive overflow. Company that installed a solar geyser recently, replaced the pressure valve which they said was the issue. However plumbing still making noise and overflow still occurring.
