What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.

I would like to build double storeys of bachelors and 6 bedrooms units, all with a small kitchen and shower, toilet and basin. 2bedrooms units must be an open plan with a sliding door and a small balcony per unit. In total should be at least 24 to 26 units.

We are looking at extending our recently purchased house to create a larger kitchen & dining room.
Remodeling and house extension quote. Im looking at adding extra rooms, maybe 3 . making a house double story and renovating the kitchen , new everything cupboard and setting. The yard is approximately 1 sqm.
2 things Require a copy of current house plan from municipality. Additions of existing property. Small changes. Add room, lounge, guest toilet. Expand lounge are into the patio area.
