Hi. I would like to build a double storey house in the rocky stand. 3 bedrooms on first floor, main bedroom with ensuite. The ground floor to have an open plan kitchen dining and living area. Laundry, guest toilet and double garage also on ground floor. Since the area is on a hill the area is not flat so we need to cater for that.

We wish to build a new modern and functional multi-level family home in Nirvana (polokwane). The house should have at-least 4 bedrooms (all en-suite). . The master bedroom should be on the ground floor as my mom is elderly ( avoiding stairs). Perhaps we can include a garden and decent size splash pool .
