I need a design quotation for a 3 bedroom house. Large kitchen with plenty of cupboards an island in the middle and a walk-in pantry area, flowing into an open plan dining room and lounge area. Fireplace built into the lounge area. 2 bedrooms with built-in cupboards. One shared bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with toilet, spa type bath and big shower, his and hers basins and walk-in closet area with lots of built-in cupboards. An extra small room behind the kitchen area for a utility room with space for a washing machine and dishwasher and cupboard space for storage would be an extra. Outside area with a big grassy yard and space for gardening, built-in braai area under a Lapa, small swimming pool outside, fenced off from grass area for dogs.
