What you have to do to get the permit and where to start.

Double storey 3 bedrooms, insuite main bedroom, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen, dinning area an lounge, double garage single door, pool separate gym room
to add Double garage + about 4 rooms
extend the existing kitchen.. extend 2 existing rooms....extend the main bedroom to be ensuite...extend the sitting room
Extend main bedroom and flatlet (previously garage) to double storey.
Extend interior wall Close off front door Install patio door
Want to make modifications and add room on top of my garage
