We have a roof over our veranda (+/- m2) which was laid around 4 years ago and it is already rusting (which is surprising to me) in a few places and leaking. The previous contractor has shut down since this job was completed. I would like to get this repaired, based on advice from an expert.

we want to place metal sheeting (Chromadek) on top of our existing roof. Our existing roof is Nutec, and has been treated with Eco Rubber. The roof still leaks sometimes. We need a more permanent solution. We do not want to remove the existing roof, we want to have Chromadek sheeting placed on top of the existing roof, with insulation in between the existing roof and the new roo, as currently there is no plastic or insulation..

Roof is leaking. The cement in the ridges has come off and leaking into the roof. Would appreciate a quotation for that and possibly a quotation to waterproof the roof. My house was built 15 yrs ago.It looks like the original roofers left the trusses in the garden in the rain and the warped slightly before assembly. Tiles (marley modern concrete) Have fallen off at regular intervals and been replaced originally under guarantee from the roofing company that is no longer in business.with time more and more tiles have fallen off and over time it looks like the trusses have become more warped and need replacement repair in places. I need a quote from a good roofer as to whether the roof can be repaired or if the mage might even require roof replacement..... hopefully not the house is only 15 yrs old. Good day, our company based in Benoni CBD needs to replace and a roof over our workshop and furnace area. we would prefer Chroma deck brown sheeting and the purlins re-painted. we also want to add polycarb in sections for added natural light we also require the tornado spinners to be replaced. it would be best to come to site for a meet and greet to see the roof that needs to be replaced. please respond via email as I don't always have time available to answer right away as I am in and out the plant all day.
