I am looking to redecorate my lounge and main bedroom only as budget is limited. Happy to consider trainees, junior members of a design team or freelancers as long as they have a good eye for colour and can put a room together. Lounge is 5m x 8m (4 large windows, loads of light) Bedroom 3.5m x 5m Sourcing for decor items from retail outlets preferred. I am not looking for bespoke custom made furniture at this point as my kids are small (4 & 7) and will ruin beautiful, expensive furniture. I've attached pictures of some styles I like.

Scope: Leak apparently occurred around a drain vent extending through roof. Roof covered with shingle type tiles. Complex more than 20 years old Some woodwork below roof has water damage. Extent to be assessed. Roof tiles seem okay but check required. Quote to include repairs and replacement of affected tiles / wood work / water proofing. I have a tiled roof but the extension is zinc. The roof leaks when is rains and it leaked badly with the storm last week. It is heavy where the tile and zinc connects but not only. there are a few places all over the roof. The ceiling boards have become damage and mouldy. I would like the repairs done as soon as possible.

We have bought a newly renovated stand alone house in Craighall. it has 4 bedrooms, two lounges and a dining room. My wishes: to have the home professionally decorated into a stylish, but comfortable home. It needs to be homely, but not basic. I generally like the traditional classic look but this house has modern elements and hence my need for assistance so that it doesn't look confused. The look needs to be sophisticated, but also functional because we have a toddler and family may still grow. Obviously it needs to be cost effective. Expectations: Never having used the services of interior design before, I am expecting collaboration on ideas, advise and sourcing right through to seeing to delivery and staging of the furniture and pieces. Have a small space so need it to be homely and practical and have the necessities. It’s currently a bachelor pad and need it to be more livable since we’re now spending more time at home.
