How long does an architectural project typically last?
Let's go over the timeline for the construction of a new family home.
Already have a carport that is attached to the house. There are wooden pillars supporting it and the roof is covered with IBR Roof sheets. I need to cover the one side of the carport which is not attached to the house and also want something that can the back just to keep a bit of moist out because I stay at the coast.
This enquiry relates to a single story 3 bedroom house that is nearing the end of renovation and probably be put up for sale in two or three months. As far as I know , a registered electrician has worked on tbe house recently but don't know what was done. However I know that another one has to inspect and advise on any repairs required. I think the house is approx 50yrs old
Corner house on the front side is devil's fork on the he other side is a wall what the same type to extend that connects to the wall 6ft I buy the house but can move in next month Sept expected House currently empty can arrange to start soon. I need a clear carport used with fibre glass or polycarbonate material…which ever is reasonable. But I’m also worried about the weather such as hail. What if it gets damaged? Is it also possible to do it with steel and polycarbonate? I need that space to have lighting hence I’m not fully opting for steel roofs. Please advise

Guarantee and warrantees included 5. Advise service intervals, cost there-of, and maintenance contract if available. 6. Installation period, lead time, and payment terms.
I requested a certain builder to build for me. Niw he left the job incomplete so I need a qoute from you for the folowing task. 1. Installing 9 normal doors and one pivot door. 2. Fixing wallls, spaces to insert 10 windows in each room are not at the centre of the walls. 3. To intall garage ramb which is 6 x 4 sqaure meters. 4. To complete walls up to the roof level ( currently the height level of the wall which is slready there is 8 brick block up . 5. To complete walls for 1.8 x 1 meter toilet.
I am looking at creating and outdoor patio, approximately 20 squared meters, I will lay the slab and the construction for the roof will need support in the front (Pillars or Steel) but will be against a 5 Meter boundary wall as support on the back, this is urgent i am just looking at costing at the moment. Concrete slab or Tile Roof Please see attached picture which will give you an idea.

I removed the tiles from the floor of my balcony as I had water problems in my braairoom below the balcony. I then sloped the balcony floor away from building walls and made the water exit holes bigger with more slope. I now need waterproofing on the floor of balcony. Question: If I want to use the balcony, can I walk on your waterproofing ??
