My son has been falsely accused of domestic violence. I have all messages and videos. And they bullying me and blackmailing me, the mother with messages. They arrested my son yesterday while visiting his little boy. She went and lay a charge against him just before he got there. It was his birthday and him and his little one were sitting playing with baloons my son took to his little one,the wife went to the front and called the cops to say she is scared of him. He has a good reputation, I have documented everything,and need a good lawyer to prove the false allegations.
I already had case, but the settlement agreement was breached. I need legal assistance as they didn't pay out correct amount and my reference agreed apon was also breached when new employer phoned to get reference, I have in writing where they don't refer me and this was part of my settlement agreement. I am struggling to find work cause of this block and clearly fraud on their side. Financially it's had major effect on my life and lost my home as well now. I was placed on paid suspension on 3 July i corporate with the investigation, the evidence I received was only made up statements from ex colleagues. I resigned 15 July before the hearing to avoid further stress. I knew doing this will look like admitting to the deed but I was just drained and wanted this to be over I did not do anything that I am accused of . My resignation was accepted by the company on 16 July , but I have received 3 letters from their attorney's today threatening for criminal case against me.
I feel my supervisor was dishonest when writing the incident report because when he brought me the report nothing was fill in he just asked to sign and it's my first time doing an incident report so I really didn't know how these things work so I only saw and read through this incident report after I was dismissed

I registered a case at ccma We were given a date for conciliation on the 1st of August ,no offer was made by the employer, I was advised by The commissioner to go for arbitration,I was awarded certificate of dispute referred to conciliation ,I have all the evidence to prove my Reasoning of the sanction taken by my employer I just need credibility of an attorney ,union official is showing no interest & guidance I still believe I have a strong case ,I'm willing to pay Monthly installments for your services
Yes that I didn't not commit the case and that was revealed after I was found guilty and being sentenced. I already did leave to appeal for sentencing and judgement and both were granted by the high court but I was sentenced by regional court. I already have a appeal Case number what is left to be done now is to file heads of argument and get the date for hearing or seating I have an attorney but he doesn't attend to my matter he's dragging it hopefully I would get help I got an order last year 14 May till now my head's of argument are not prepared. That's the reason I need help from somewhere else probably I will get that help. Thank you.
Hi I am the only white man in company and my wife the only white lady we both started working beginning May this year at the same plase now from the beginning I dit not get payment as per our agreement now the forth month thy give me a letter that my salary wil go down to only 30% of our agreement I know there was people that got an salary increase but I got a decrease so from last 2 months thy only payd me and now down to thy sy the company is not making money but we do we are between 30 and 50 people I am the only one who got a decrease I am a maintenance and projects manager at a resort /hotel in Rustenburg so please help is this discrimination or what
Hi I'm representing 30 people on this matter ,2 arbitration award was granted in the union failing to enforcement the award to the employer during the unfair dismiss. the award was to reinstate and back payments so we want to reinstate the matter to the higher court to sue the union. please help
The matter is withdraw, there was potential dishonest, betray and misrepresentation by my lawyer with collusion with my opponents, explosive evidence were concealed and extremely compromised to my prospect of success, the improper conducts and maladministration was conducted. The matter need transfer of the case from PE labour court to any Labour Court for reinstatement of the review, the transfer will be based on the potential interference and several reasons that occur on my matter. I am in possession of the explosive evidence and reliable witnesses to provide statements/affidavits and the reinstatement will be supported by those affidavit and my supplementary affidavit. Evidence will be prepared for my submission to the appointed legal representative, immediately when the instruction will be done.
