My daughters stay with their fathers but won't let me see then without supervision. I don't have my transport and a single mom of a 2 year old. The one grandmother which I share 50.50 custody with wants to adopt my daughter and move overseas. Treatening to take me to hight court. She's a magistrate in the children's court and has been using her powers to overpower me knowing I'm not in her position. Please help me

Hi I was fired from the City of Cape Town on the 10 june, it was my 1st offense in more than 15yrs of service. My union Samwu represented me at my hearing and i have applied for reconciliation (but to date nothing has happened and it seems to me that they don't care what happens). I have proof that their is inconsistency in practice and a willing person to testify during arbitration. I kindly request if you could take this matter forward.
I was wrongfully charged by my employer for misrepresentation since early March . I appeared in disciplinary hearing in May and my employer presented their case using external witnesses and the case was postponed since then. The case was hanging since then because they knew their charges are weak and personal.
