wall in bedroom is damp and lifting, shower is on the other side of the wall. assuming there is water seeping in from shower as the sealant has worn away. need scraping , re-plastering and painting of bedroom wall and sealing of shower floor. laminate flooring also lifting and needs to be replaced. we have extra panels available
Painting of the walls and roof, I would like two separate quotes, of my house. My house was originally painted with Kenitex many years ago and then repainted about 15 years ago There is some loose paint that will need to be attended to and some cracks that will need repairing. Scope: Leak apparently occurred around a drain vent extending through roof. Roof covered with shingle type tiles. Complex more than 20 years old Some woodwork below roof has water damage. Extent to be assessed. Roof tiles seem okay but check required. Quote to include repairs and replacement of affected tiles / wood work / water proofing. I have a tiled roof but the extension is zinc. The roof leaks when is rains and it leaked badly with the storm last week. It is heavy where the tile and zinc connects but not only. there are a few places all over the roof. The ceiling boards have become damage and mouldy.
