Close swimming pool which is build right up on the house, but I'd like to keep the hole of the pool for underground storage and we need to be able to build on top of it

1. The property is in an estate. 2. I want a double story house with sqm under the house for the double story. 3. I want an estimate based on a double story house. I require the house to have flat tile roof. 4. With design I have attached examples below. 5. I want the house design to have double garage. Enough size to have a small work shop at the back of the garage. 6. The ground floor should an open dining room, seating, lounge kitchen and must have dry room and outside toilet. The three bed rooms should be on the first floor with in suite and separate bathroom. The in suite should have minimal dressing room. The should also be a cinema room at the 1st floor and study room.
