Hello My name is Keshnie Pillay. I am the current treasurer of an organisation called . I am a doctor and unfortunately not able to take calls, it would be preferred if you reached out to me via email. We are a spiritual organisation and have currently acquired a plot of land in the agricultural community of Nonoti, Darnell, Northern KZN. Our intention for this land is to build the Centre of Benevolence. It will be phased as both a community service property serving food daily to the rural community. For that we will require a large feeding hall/ multipurpose hall. The centre will have, on its lands, 3 temples dedicated to various deities and our long term aspiration is to create living quarters and medication spaces (including lakes, caves etc) for our devotees. From an architectural point of view we require the following: - 3D Digital virtual model & Imagery (Renders) for Marketing purposes - Concept Plans for (Ganesh Temple, Dattatreya Temple, Shirdi Temple, Multifunctional Hall Including Feeding and Kitchen Area, Social interative spaces, Parking) - Master planning for activities being proposed on Site - Vaastu Design & Site Analysis (Documented) Our preference would be an architectural company that has prior experience in the development of such cultural/religious sites and an added bonus would someone who understands Indian architectural design (preferably a Vastu Consultant).
