Avoid making these mistakes for a safer electric fence
Although electric fences have many benefits to their owners, they are dangerous and can lead to severe injuries to both people and animals.
We have a storm water inlet (covered by a metal grid) on our driveway/parking area. Due to water-overflow or other reasons, the paving around the water-inlet got damaged (paving is sagging) . it might cause an open hole next to the water inlet and because it is in the middel of a driveway, might cause damage to vehicles. Suspect we need to support the paving with a concrete foundation around the water inlet.
Building a double story on existing house and extending on two sides. All areas under verandas will be fair face or exposed brick work. Perhaps some areas internally as well. This may create a bit of a problem in quoting on plaster work. The quote request excludes the scullery, adjacent garage and flatlet. Already built. I would prefer a LABOUR QUOTE only, for now.
This job is to replace an existing wooden gate that has perished. Pictures are attached. Measurements of the gate itself are 79.5cm x cm to the frame. The frame needs to be replaced too. I would need the existing handle and lock need to be transferred onto the new gate and the whole gate and frame installed. The gate need not be identical to the existing one.

I currently have a wooden deck which I would like to convert to concrete and tiles. I have estimated the square meterage to be m2, the ground slopes from level at the top left of the attached diagram to about 1m at the bottom right. I have my 3 x 🐕 dogs sleeping in the house at night. During the day they have access to the kitchen area to rest and eat. I need to activate an alarm when at work, to the rest of the house (2 x bedroom, living area, bathroom) during the day and when I'm away with vacation. I want to be able to see any movement around the house on my cellphone. I don't have anyone during the day at the house when I'm at work. It's a small house on one of the ZZ2 farms.
