Is it cheaper to build or buy a house in South Africa in 2025?
The short answer is that it is cheaper to buy an existing house in South Africa but every year less so.
Require complete upgrade of Sitting room, dining room and kitchen (wall tiles) painting of walls new modern furniture for sitting room , dinning room and curtains New wood flooring on floors as previous has been damage by water - also cornish Patio to be closed with alu, brown stacking doors first bath room - remove bath and install glass shower - remove hand wash basin and install new vanity with taps etc Also new tiles in bath room Bulk head ceiling in sitting room with dim lights behind Ceiling to be solid and new lights installed I am based abroad I will be leaving on Saturday, coming back again in 2 months time.
We are looking forward to construct a resort, of which it should have a lagoon, rooms, restaurants,bar and gardens for weddings. Len khosa- person you will be speaking to.
