The plan must include a basement parking, and be a triple storey building second floor being the rooftop that will fit an infinite pool, hot tub and a braai area. The house must have 5 bedrooms each having a private bathroom and 3 additional bathrooms. On the first floor the main bedroom should occupy about half of the area with two other bedrooms.
