Well, I had agreed to give my wife the house...but seeing what she is doing now, I want to withdraw that and by now I believe the decree of Divorce might have been obtained. The court asked her to go back to court on the 2nd of April. Which is very soon. How can we remedy that? I only agreed to give her the house as we were running away from the people that can be taking my company to court and we end up losing the property. He had sick certificates as he was going through mental health issues his manager refused to approve his sick leave. He never appeared at the first hearing and was then dismissed. The attached pictures show the current situation - we need new handles, but appareentlt have to remove the whole brass unit , i think its called the mixer (but not sure) ....then get new handles . hot water and cold water are coming out as normal , but we have to use a spanner to open---thats why we need the whole set - please quote on the whole amount.
