I resigned, I was asked to please return 2 weeks later on the same terms that I previously signed a contract for. After demanding A new employment contract I finally received one a month later with a salary reduction, which I then refused to signed.. I also had to sign a warning letter for taking a days leave that was approved. I was then sworn at and told to sign an agreement that I was not dismissed and I will have no case against them, which again I refused to sign because I did not resign or choose to leave. I am now being told that I will not be paid until I sign the agreement.
I dont know if my dad has been charged cause he is in the holdings cells at the police station and they havent done a statement from me and we took the police men to cash converters in springs malll and they saw that he was not the one who pawned the stolen phone and the owner of the phone laid a charge against him as he says that my ad was the only that came into the yard and i was witness that he is not the one who stole phone

ABSA wants to evict me from my home. According to them we are in arrears. We logged a complaint with the ombudsman, still waiting for the outcome, ABSA does not respond to requests for statements, or letters or any other information about the situation. No documentation received to say we are in arrears. The bond period expires August . I am waiting for an inheritance as I lost my brother and am the only beneficiary in his estate, but not Hammond and Pole nor ABSA are interested in me.
I have my kids in private school, I fell behind on fees and i have been struggling to catch up the payment. I have made arrangements and couldn’t honor them. I got retrenched from a job also making that hard. Their father pays his half (splitting between two kids! and is somewhat up to date but I am struggling between catching up rent, food and debt. I’ve even had to go under debt review. Recently started a new job. What do I do because I don’t want my kids to be suspended and I’ve made so many arrangements I didn’t honor. I'm not married in community of property, but I think cultural marriages are recognized now? My husband is a narcissist, he's denying, food, toilet paper, clothing for the two younger ones.
