Wallpaper vs. Paint: The pros and cons
Choosing between wallpaper and paint is not always easy. Let's look at advantages and disadvantages of both.
Hi, I would like to get a quote for clients of mine who bought a property. The property has been vacant for 6 weeks and the garden needs attention. Cutting off grass, removing weeds in grass and on driveway/tiles next to the pool. Trim hedges & general garden maintenance. After the big clean they would potentially like for you guys to come in weekly or every 2nd week? I would also like a quote on that please. The property address is 17 Digteby Estate. Maybe you have worked there before. Attached is a picture of when the garden was in good shape. I prefer not to get calls, I will appreciate communication via email or messaging.
We are not too sure the size the area/lawn. It is a sizeable garden area but not bigger than a rugby field. The pers who usually maintains the garden is unable to due to illness so we need somee who can just maintain the garden and lawn area for the time until the pers is able to again. On a n ctractual basis.
We have a block of town houses in Reitzpark that need to have some cleaning and maintenance of premises. Town house gardens are already maintained by renters. We thus need someone to go in on a monthly basis and clean up outside of premises , plus maintaining pathways and general public areas , plus garbage disposal areas. If you can quote me please
i HAVE MOVED OUT OF A TOWNHOUSE AND REQUIRE CERTAIN ROOMS (not all rooms) TO BE PAINTED OR RESTORED back to the condition when I originally moved in. I will need certain picture hook holes patched, and any nicks on the walls patched as well. The ceilings do not have to be painted, This is interior painting only. There may be one cabinet door in the kitchen that will need to be painted as well.
1. Coloured walls need to be repainted to original colour. 2. All holes in the walls to be filled. 3. There are multiple ceiling boards either missing or damaged; they need to be replaced. 4. Conduits and double sided tape to be removed before painitng. 5. Light switches and plug points with paint on need to be cleaned. if possible: 6. Some of the dry walling panels were removed, and it have to be replaced.
The size of the area is 1 Hecter 1. Grass Cutting - Ride-on mower x1 2. Grass Cutting - Brush-cutter x3 2. Tree Cutting - Chain-saw x3 And please estimate how long (hours/days) it may take to cut grass (using ride- on mowers and brush-cutter) and trees using chainsaws on a 1ha. You should only quote on provision of labour and equipment ONLY. the total cost should exclude diesel since i will be providing it.
I am guessing the roof area at +- M2? This is a 2 bedroomed house with a 4 -triangled roof facing 4 ways. One section receiving direct rain needs extra attention and the rest still reasonable. You will probably check all measurements on internet Google maps etc. Quote to paint roof in green please. This must wait untill mid to end January'24
We would like to have our garden weeded, cleaned and the soil turned on the perimeter of our home, please. There are leaves and debris from quite a few trees that were trimmed today (Friday) We would like the mound/garden refuse compost heap at the rear of our property to either be used or disposed. There may be additional items to be done
Inside the yard Left side - lawn maintenance and planting of flowers at the edge of the lawn next to the wall. Removal of rubbish dump Right side - uneven ground that requires flattening of the ground, planting of half of the lawn which is infiltrated by weeds. Outside the yard Left side - maintenance of lawn and flowers Right side - 2m X 70m requires new lawn and wall floors
The intention is to build a high -end market self catering chalets, roughly 8 three bedroomed with one building(9th structure)serving as the admin quarters. Currently the plot is vacant but a construction company has already been appointed while some administrative necessities are being complied with at Municipal level. The idea is to create a beautiful environment which provides each chalet with necessary privacy and the whole establishment with charming ambience.
