Hi there, I am looking to get the interior of a new cottage painted. The cottage is around sqm. It has two bedrooms, a lounge, a passage, and a kitchen come dining room. I am looking to paint the walls and ceilings. I am also looking to paint the exterior of the house, which is a much smaller area. As well as the outside walls.

It's in phases. First phase 1. Faster board replacement 2. Gutter replacement where needed 3.beams to be replaced around the house 4. Removal of old outdoor shower 5. Window replacement 6. Outside white double story. And repair minor cracks and plaster that is coming off. Prepare walls and paint. Possibly also steel windows. Owner fixed roof and is cleaning and painting it himself.. One room inside to be painted and ceiling.. One bathroom door. And one ceiling cement in the kitchen and sucullary.

Build an ensuite in bedroom. Entire space is 8.8 sqm (4m x 2.2m) Divided into two sections: bathroom 2.2m x 1.5m and clothing closet 5 sqm. Existing door and window to be bricked up. Bathroom to include toilet, shower, basin and small cupboard. Tiled floor to ceiling. Glass window for shower. Clothing Closet to include shelving from floor to ceiling. Include clothes rail. Secure lockable sliding doors on both. In addition existing bedroom floor of 16 sqm to be tiled. PVC ceilings for the entire space.
