Good Day I have small quite old fashioned teak wooden finger blocks parquet in my apartment, however, I need additional blocks to fill missing spots and additionally ,I need to tile a 4x4 room with the same. Are you able to assist? What is the price with and without installation? Kind Regards

This paint is a good quality paint but other paint can be used according to clients specifications. 2. Repair of steel structures – gates and carports (This includes removing rust and recoating with Duram NS4 Anti rust paint and repainting final coat. Colour to be confirmed) 3. Gutters on units (This includes putting gutters on the individual units to prevent the water damage to the walls. Gutters will be painted) 4. Tree felling (This includes trimming all overhanging tree branches from tree near main residence and other trees on the property near the units). The residents mentioned that the trees were a problem and they wanted some removed and others trimmed. These are all merely suggestions on exterior upgrades and maintenance to the property. Specific needs were not mentioned and therefore this quote is given on face value and on inspection of the property. At a later stage the driveway and paving can be looked at. 5. I am in Johannesburg but my parents reside in Kleinmond, WC. My mother has taken quite ill and my father is therefore not able to take care of the cleaning of the house or the maintenance of the garden. I need someone who can take care of this while my father is unable to. The total size of the property is approx. sqm
Am building a DIY workshop with a high roof so that I can use some of the space a storage. But I do not want to pour a slab because it's too involving. I'd also like this workshop to as close to sound proof as can be. It will be about 4 x 10-12m, put it's maximum floor size at 48 sq m. However, we shall make it go up quite a bit. For noting. I have neighbours on two sides so most of the light will come from the front; with glass blocks up on either side of the neighbours, to maintain their privacy. I'll obviously seek their consent before the NMB approvals.
