Wallpaper vs. Paint: The pros and cons
Choosing between wallpaper and paint is not always easy. Let's look at advantages and disadvantages of both.
- Remove existing wadrobes (2.5 x 0.56 m) & install them in the outside room - Remove bath (1.94 x 1.21 m) - Build wall separating bathroom (remaining shower, toilet & basin) from the closet (see below) - remove part of window & brick it - Install walk in closet where the bath is & mirror entry door - may need to remodel the rest of the bathroom Will need plan to agree on the design before we start.
Upgrade of bathroom: remove existing tiles on floors and walls; Install new mid-range tiles; convert large shower into a bath/shower combo with clear partition and recessed shelf; upgrade existing double vanity with new countertop, sinks, and hardware; remove bidet but keep existing toilet; paint section of walls where not retiled; (Not sure if plans are required?)

Important notes: 1. Property to be built on a private nature reserve. 2. Erf is zoned as rural. 3. There is no electricity, so it will require a generator if need be. 4. NO TRUCKS can reach the stands. The roads allow for bakkies, possibly with a trailer. 3 Tonne truck should also be fine. 5. Builders are not allowed to stay on the stand overnight. There is accommodation available at the farm gate (about 10km or so from the stand).

Good day, we're looking for a quote on the below listed items. Thank you 1. Supply and Install angle valve for washing machine. 2. Supply and install cistern with new inlet valve and flushing mechanism, replace pan connector on mm outlet and repair leaking tap in main bathroom toilet. 3. Fitting copper strapping onto new stand pipe. 4. Remove outlet of expansion valve out of sewer vent system. 5. Supply and install grid for drain. 6. Supply and install inspection cover on toilet outlet.
It is a room below the main house that is used for storage, we want to change it into a bedroom with a bathroom (including shower and toilet) We need it to have the same finishes as the main house. The only difficulty will be getting the plumbing for a toilet in there as it may need to be pumped upwards into the main sewage line.

My banker said to find estimates from contractors to match into a building bond.
