The plot is zoned "special residential". Hence, my concept is two have dwellings. One with x3 (2 bedroom units), ground floor with one apartment & double garage/carport. Then the other 2 apartments above that. Average size per unit = 60m2 The other dwelling with a bachelor pad/mancave at the bottom with double garage. Then a 3 bedroom apartment above that. Average size m2 to m2 with balcony.

Good day, I would like to request a quote for someone to draw and submit new plans for my property. I would like to build a small external building on the property as well as build the Hollywood style garage closed on all sides with a large single door the width of 2 garage doors. The big issue is both projects will be built on the buildline, so I would like to get approval for the plans first before starting to build. The garage I would like to be full brick, and the external room I would like to build either with bricks or with cement boards. Could I please get a quite for how much it would cost for the plans to be drawn and submitted?

Conversion of the ceiling to an open gabled interior 4. Replacement of the vinyl flooring with a polished screed. 5. Addition of two windows and one set of double doors The sketch plan attached shows the area planned for renovation. We bought a property without plans. The improvements on the property cover about sq mt of a 1 sq mt stand. The improvements consist of a 5 bedroom house, 3 bedroom house, staff quarters, a storeroom/salon and a double carport. The 2 houses and staff quarters is connected - one building. The carport and adjacent building forms another unit. I need a quote for drawing plans to the satisfaction of the Municipality of Mogale City.
We would like plans for our house, but would like to build it in two phases. The first part would be a small section on the house, with a small kitchen and living area, one bedroom and bathroom and then a loft over one side, which could act as a second bedroom. I would like the plans to have a second phase which would include a bigger living area, three more bedrooms on a second floor (one of those being the master with an en-suite bathroom), and a small laundry room.
Yes the double garage roof beams must be open at the bottom and the ceiling must only cover the main v shape. The garage is 7 x 7 meter and the bedroom 7 x 4meter. There must be a door from garage into main bedroom. The garage floor must have a smooth finish and bedroom tiled floor. The roof Harvey tiles. Garage with one big double door.
