I would like to build a 1 Bedroom Flatlet (+-30m2) above my existing lounge / dining room of my house. It should have a separate entrance and a deck to take advantage of the peninsula views. I still need an architect / draftsman to draw up plans for approval. I'm attaching my draft of ideas as reference.
