Well I have a rough sketch that I would like to present or send to you where I will first will have to start with a single garage with a back bedroom and a bathroom. The plan must be designed with an intention to extend later. I have attached a proposed plan but if we can start with the garage and the master bedroom with the bathroom. but we will discuss other things later.

To be self sufficient on electricity with solar panels and also have a toilet facility and a single-level. Also in addition a wine storage area that can be kept cool, and a basic parking area.
