Choosing between wallpaper and paint is not always easy. Let's look at advantages and disadvantages of both.

So want to replace toilets, basins and the plumbing pipes are outside walls want them on the inside of the wall. Want to replace the shower in the main bathroom with a shower door n tiled fully The second bathroom has a tub want to put a shower. Also tiled fully. Had a quote for my apartment for 15m² of laminate flooring...kronoswiss rigi oak 7mm...dont know if there are still more subcategories of that type. Thought was too much. So seeing what you would charge and if I'm satisfied will take the offer. I want the flooring supplied and installed as soon as possible.
Two carports. The first one is about 7.4m W x 6mL. One side (6mL) will be fixed against a wall and the other side on poles. No middle pole on the 7.4 m width side. That side is the entry side for the vehicles. Second one. 6mL x3m W. 6m side fixed against a wall. no poles on the other side. Lots of wind and close to the sea. Must be rust-resistant.
i would like to add 2 more bedrooms, enlarge the existing 2 bedrooms to make them spacious, and make room for fitted closets / in built or fitted cabinets and ensuite batheroom, enlarge the dining or remove dividing wall between dining n existing kitchen to allow room for open plan, extend kitchen a bit to allow for the island. something like that....

Hi I just bought this house and would like to make some adjustments to fit my liking. I need the main bedroom to be extended including a bathroom, need the kitchen to be completely renovated, need the visitor's toilet to be completely renovated as well, need the living room to be remodelled (some middle will need to be broken down) I would rather prefer an onsite quote, the boundary quote need to be built as well...
I need cleaning of my property, tenant moved out. There is no furniture except built-in cupboards in the kitchen and bedrooms. I am a very neat and tidy person. I need my property clean, neat and tidy. All dust on the blinds, curtain rails etc removed. Stove oven and fireplace clean. Generally as clean as new.
Stand alone house, an additional bedroom is required to be built on 3 meters of yard that we can extend on. There is a second part of the house that I want extended which is around 15 sqm of space. I need pricing to get the correct amount from my existing bond and will then go ahead with the extensions.
