about 20 years ago I had plans approved by the previous Tongaat Town Board to extend my servants room with an extra room and build a double garage on top. I had the extra room outer walls build and everything stopped there. Serious life changes has now forced me to relocate my family and I have to complete the building process. To save time I will no longer extend the single garage to a double garage. I've already had the xtra room below covered with block an beam slab. I need a new plan to show the change from a double garage to a single garage.
I have dampness on two external walls in my downstairs bedroom and the wall of my garage. In the bedroom, the paint is bubbling and there is white powder (salts) on the bottom 50cm of the wall. I'm thinking of buying a property that needs a kitchen upgrade. Currently, there is a sink installed, but that's about it, so there is no need to bash anything down or do any demo. What i want installed is, cupboards and counters along the far wall, modern sink in the centre. and plumbing for a dishwasher. To the right, against the wall, i would like a full height pantry cupboard. (pantry cupboard) and a washer dryer cupboard (stacked) as well as sppace for the fridge and maybe microwave. In from of this space , I would like a large island, with a gas cooker and oven in the centre. i really like the brick arch as a feature but am oppen to closing it up in order to get more cupboards in. I want clean lines, im thinking post form counter tops and wrap cupboards. I mostly just need cupboard and plumbing installation more than a full renovation.

I am planning a house that is square meters. It is on a slight slop on a coastal area. Top of slope will be single story, midway down the slope will have a (partially) underground garage and front part (bottom of slope) will be single story with stilts and deck. Bottom of slope will have lots of glass to optimize the view.
