I am looking to get quotes from contractors that do lot clearing work in preparation of building. The driveway is more complex than the average because of the elevation of the lot. The official driveway can only be constructed once the plans are approved, but one can clear the area of its construction ahead of time. So, the plans submitted for approval can act as a guide for the preparatory work. Do you know of contractors in the area I can contact for quotes?

This is for a renovation & will make a 5 bed, 3 bath house into 4 en-suites plus a guest loo. All walls to be moved are internal, Windows & doors will need repositioning. I would like to move the driveway & reposition the street entrance. I have very old existing plans & a proposed new layout so it is to measure up, draw plans & submit and get plans approved. I think a draughtsperson will be able to do the work. It is a resale project so both the budget & the timeline are extremely tight. Again, an architect maybe too expensive & a draughtsperson m ore appropriate.
