We would like quotes to put thatch on out Lapa, it's roughly 30spm
Removal and replacement of slope metal sheet roof within 3 side parapet wall on bedroom of 7x8m2 and bathroom of 3x4m2. Will require removing solar geyser with evacuated tubes and replacing back on. Require sheeting best suited to putting solar panels on in future
Need to replace asbestos to tiles the whole roof.
We need to insulate roof with either wood foam spray(?) or pink stuff. Which is better and which is more cost effective? It's upstairs already in the roof so little space between ceiling and tiles. Hence very hot! We're in St Francis Bay. Any advice? Thanks!
