In process of buying new house, his busy applying for the bond. So he would like the bond also to include the money for the alterations that he want to do the house. Would like an extension at the back of house + add staircase. Architect to do plans and quote in order to add amount into bond amount.
Complete house with standard finishes, have vacant lead already.
We have built our own home of about sqm, and lived in the house for several years now. The house has a steel flat roof, and with the kids growing up we are wanting to put a loft room on top of the double garage. The thinking is to convert the flat roof on top of the garage to a pitched roof to make room for the loft. So need helping tweaking already approved plans to accommodate a loft room on top of the garage.
