We are looking to draw and develop 3 bedroom townhouses.
A single carport has been changed/converted to a garage but these changes have not been indicated on the house plans. I need someone who is able to make these changes because the home owners association are now saying that it needs to be done asap.
We are going to add an entertainment room. We are planning an open plan idea (excluding the toilets) and we are also planning on including a patio/balcony area.
