I have an old house that needs a face lift. It’s a 3 bedroom house. I need a quote on removing a wall between the kitchen and lounge to create an open plan space. I also need a quote on removing a wall between the toilet room and bathroom to create a one bathroom. We’d like to change the floors from carpet to vinyl throughout the house and update the popcorn walls to flat walls. Some of the walls have cracks in them and I’m not sure if they can just be plastered. We currently have paving which the roots of trees had ruined, and we already removed the trees but not the roots. We want to remove the compelte paved area and add grass. The existing paving is approximately 40-50m2. Then we want to add about a 3mx3m area of paving. We have 3,5 garden beds which we want to ‘finish off’ We also want to add edging to the garden beds.

2x1 m I want to cover my electric box. There are people pulling out the electric cables and the municipal boxes need to be protected. I have banded together with my community to protect ourselves and there are going to be quite a few streets with electric boxes that need to be covered with fencing. I would like a quote for waterproofing. The structure is a concrete roof, it has been treated many years before but now, during heavy rains, the water is seeping through again, especially by the steal beams and where the walls join. I need a rubber-like type proofing please, not just a type of a painting. I am not an expert on this, but that is the type of application I have in mind.
