I am replacing two toilets and one bathroom basin cupboard. So three replacements in total. All the items are already purchased. In other words, I have the two toilets with their mechanisms, toilet wax, and seats, as well as the bathroom basin and cupboard with the easy trap waste trap. The property is a residential complex. The outside walls, some roofs and walkways need painting. Best would be if a contractor could view the property before quoting. As I do not always have my phone with me I would appreciate a WhatsApp. A contractor has started the job but then ran off with the money without doing most of the work.

House size on plans including Garage is about 19m long x 9.5m wide. Its leaking at 2 places need sealant as well. Just want an estimate of Painting a Tile roof. High-security type. I would like to have an indication of the total price and the specifications that the price is based on. Pricing must make provision for two double entrance gates (for passing of trucks/tractors) and two pedestrian gates. Please note will not be taken as a final quote as it is only for me to see how much funding I should request. A final quote will only be accepted after a site visit.
