I want to build a 3 bedroom house with a full bathroom (shower, bath, toilet basin), another separate toilet, open plan kitchen, lounge & dining area. Wash room for washing machine and tumble drier and a big stoep. The whole house must be spacious and accessible to someone in a wheelchair. I am considering borehole water. I have a VERY tight budget as I will use money that will be paid to my special needs daughter to make this possible for her.
