I would need a good roof painter to seal our large IBR roof as it requires sealing in some areas like joints and roof screws that has been sealed before not more than 3months ago I need a good roof painter to relook at this to assure all is in order in this regard to protect me as the owner going forward as the insurance company I have requires that maintenance has been done through me to pay a claim if I have leaks going forward etc. House roof area is Square meters covering my entire home. I currently have an older flat that I am looking to do a full remodeling on. This includes painting etc. But I wish to focus on the bathroom in particular. The bathroom currently has a shower installed, I would like to know what it would cost me to have the shower removed and a bath installed instead with shower facility as well.
