Basic 3-4 bedroom house to accommodate a family of 5 . Rustic build on a farm, to suite solar system. Gas applications. 3 teenage daughters so either one smaller and one larger room for 2 kids to share and bedroom for parents with at least 2 bathrooms. Roof to accommodate solar panels. One open plan kitchen, living and dinning room area. Bedrooms to have built in cupboards and study desk . Sufficient packing cuboards. Veranda on front would be preferable , higher ceiling well insulated as we reach very high summer temperatures. No press wood finishes. Floated cement floors for old look and cool room temperature is acceptable finishing. Brick home preferably perde ant structure existing house to be torn down and rebuilt. Either build small temp home and rebuild larger nee home on existing area or rebuild and tear down old house only. Open to options and guidance. French drain
It’s a small loft apartment I’m looking to buy. I’m looking to move where the stairs are located and have them be on the other side of the apartment so that I can extend the bedroom right on top of where they originally are. I then hope that this will also create more space for me to create 2 bathrooms upstairs as there is currently only 1. Before o purchase it I just want to make confirm how much this will roughly cost me.

Good Day Hope you're well. We live in a traditional RDP 4 room. This was built without a bathroom/ toilet inside. Please can you give me a quote on how much it would cost to add a bathroom in the house. I would ideally want the main bed to have its own bathroom ( maybe with just a shower and a second one for everyone else with a bathtub. I would like to include the tiling, all piping and installing of the tub , shower etc. I will however be buying the Bathtub , sinks , taps etc separately with your guidance and based on the plans, unless you can make recommendations of a better way. I need a recommendation of where these additions would go. It would be good if a person could enter the second bathroom without going through bedroom but not critical if its too complicated, please let me know what the easiest way is should you have done it before. I've attached a basic layout of the house and what I have in mind for the additions.
We need to build a chalet for hunting visitors. I was only provided with a simple plan and need an estimate to present to the owner. The type of material with dimensions, amount required and cost per unit will be needed. The length is 8.5m, the breadth 7.5m and from foundation to top of roof 5.5m. I roughly calculated the Bathroom to be 2.5m x 2.75m, the Bedroom 3m x 3.75m and Porch 3m x 3.75m.
I intend renovating my parents 1 bedroom an open plan that has a kitchen and a sitting room combined. It also has a toilet inside and thus so makes it a 3 room RDP house. My intension are to start it from the beginning and make a two bedroom with a kitchen sitting room and toilet included house. I have made myself an unprofessional plan that I believe will work also included measurements that im hoping will work
The window dimensions are approximately cm wide × 80 cm high (see attached photo). I would like to close off the fixed window pane with a wall and install an aluminium opening window in the remaining side (so the new window can open). Could you please advise on the feasibility, design options, and cost for this modification? Thanks again.

I need the front door and security gate replaced. I want to put in new built-in cupboards in the kitchen. I want the shower doors to be replaced and put in a beautiful design inside the shower wall. The whole unit needs to be painted certain surfaces may need water proofing. There is a hole on one of the bedrooms walls that needs to be fixed. The door of the built in cupboard in one of the bedrooms needs to be fixed. I would like to put gamazine on the ceiling throughout the house.
