I've got married with South African national on 3rd March in Hermanus South Africa. We started a divorce procedure one year later in The Netherlands (April ) were we both live and work and our daughter goes to school here. My soon to be ex-wife will be traveling next week to South Africa and I'm afraid she will try to intiate a second divorce procedure in South Africa. I would need help to monitor the situation in SA and to stop such procedure based on the fact that our divorce in the Netherlands is still ongoing and did not finish yet.
