Hi there, We are hoping to get in touch with one of your architects, Janet Williams. We live at 8 Sophia Street, Oranjezicht. Janet drew up plans a few years ago for a shared deck with our neighbour, that unfortunately was rejected by council. We are looking at doing a loft conversion or potentially even adding a double story to our house to create more space for our growing family, but would like to get some professional advice on the cost of doing something like this, and of course will need plans drawn up if it is feasible. Please let me know if you would be able to help us with this and what you charge for a consultation. I've attached the existing house plans for reference. Looking forward to hearing from you!
