How much does an architect cost in South Africa?
The South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP) publishes "standard rates" based on a price per square meter when using a building cost of R12 500 per m².
Double storey with open plan and patio on ground floor, 4/5 beds,en suite except 1. 1 common bathroom, tiny servant quarters, combination of flat and slightly hipped roof (woodland hills wildlife estate guidelines). Stacked doors and/or sliding doors on ground and upper level, glass balustrades for balconies, scullery(with laundry) behind open plan kitchen.
