The flat roof on the second storey of my house in Hermanus has a problem. As water is running down the inside of the length of the wall I suspect all the flashing needs replacing, & possibly the parapets need redoing too. One of the big six roof sheets might also be damaged, but it is impossible to know at this stage. Viewing of the roof will only be possible in about 10 days time, but I need a rough guess now as I have to have funds put aside in the next 2 days or loose them. I will not hold anyone to any estimate, especially as no-one knows what the problem is, I just need an idea of possible costs at this stage.

We have just purchased a home in the Wilgeheuwel are looking to have the roof of the garage checked. We were informed that it does leak slightly after heavy rainfall, however we are concerned as we have noticed rust after an further inspection in the garage. Roof is IBR sheeting and not concrete. Good Day, Kindly note that we have a number of buildings in Nelspruit and Polokwane. The status of these roofs are unknown at the moment and we would appreciate an inspection and quote to bring the roof up to standard.
